Labcorp-only ordering with public per-test prices. The $150 wellness checkup is competitive; the sex-specific checkups above it are among the dearer comprehensive panels here, and buy ApoB and iron studies the cheaper ones leave out.
New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island require lab work to be ordered by your own physician rather than a third party, so Personalabs cannot serve them. Testing runs through Labcorp only — around 2,300 draw sites. From their FAQ on 2026-07-30.
This site is built to earn affiliate commission, but no vendor link or promo code here currently pays one — every link goes plainly to the vendor's site, and this notice will change when that changes. Commissions never affect the prices shown or the order of results — every table sorts on price, and vendors cannot pay for placement.
Someone who wants Labcorp specifically and wants the sticker price to be the whole price. Personalabs is unusually direct about that, which most vendors here leave to inference: "The price you pay for your test covers the doctor's order, your visit to the lab and your results." No membership, no order fee, no draw fee arriving later. What you are not buying is depth — the cheaper checkup is competitive and the sex-specific ones above it are dear for what they contain.
How ordering works
Four steps in their own numbering: "STEP 1 Order Your Test", "STEP 2 Generate & Print Out Lab Order", "STEP 3 Visit the Lab", "STEP 4 Get Your Results". The requisition is issued for you — "Once you have placed your order, the order is reviewed and approved by one of our licensed physicians in your state, and within seconds, your lab order is generated" — with their how-it-works page putting it at "within 2-4hrs". No booking needed: "With Labcorp, you have access to 2,300 Labcorp Service Centers and are not required to make an appointment." Results come back fast — "Results can be available in as little as 24 hours depending on the test that you have ordered."
What to watch for
The order expires, and the money behind it expires later: "Lab orders are valid for six (6) months from the original purchase date and must be generated within this period", and "No refunds, credits, renewals, or reactivations will be issued after one (1) year from the original purchase date unless otherwise approved by Personalabs in its sole discretion." Their own two pages also disagree about the network you are buying into — the FAQ says 2,300 Labcorp service centers, the how-it-works page says "4,000+ patient service centers nationwide". And three states are out for a reason that is regulatory rather than commercial: "Laws in these states require that any lab work be ordered by your personal physician not a third party" — New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
How Personalabs compares
Personalabs sells into 4 of the comparison sets tracked here, against 10 other vendors. Each set below lists the ones nearest on price to Personalabs’s cheapest entry in it — at most four, one panel each — low to high. Same set means the same question, not the same test: two men’s health panels can cover very different markers, so read the counts beside the prices. Every link below goes to another profile on this site; none of them is a tracked link.
