There is no contact form, no ticket queue and no chat widget — just an email address that is read. It is a small operation, so expect a reply in days rather than hours.
A wrong price
This is the one worth writing about, and it goes to the front of the queue. Every price here carries a link to the vendor page it was read from, so if the two disagree, send the row and we will re-check it. Getting a number wrong on a site whose entire claim is accurate numbers is the failure that matters most, and it is worth more to us to fix it than to leave it.
A vendor we do not list
We track 27 vendors. If one is missing, tell us who and we will look. Listing is not for sale and never will be — the methodology page explains why — so this is a suggestion, not an application, and no reply should be read as a negotiation.
If you are a vendor
Corrections to your own prices, marker counts or state availability are welcome and will be checked against your public pages like any other. Requests for better placement are not, because there is no placement to give: every table sorts on price. Affiliate program details are welcome — a product feed is more reliable than reading prices off your pages, and we would rather have one.
Press and data
The full price dataset is published as CSV with no affiliate links, free to use and re-publish. It is linked from the footer of every page and from the methodology page. If you need something the data does not cover, ask.
What this address is not for
We cannot tell you which test to take, interpret a result, or help with an order placed with a vendor. The first two are for a clinician; the third is for whoever you bought from. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
