Large hormone-and-metabolic panels drawn at Quest, sold outright rather than by subscription — the cheapest tier tests more markers than most comprehensive panels on this site, and the dearest tests more than anything else here. Every panel comes in a men's and a women's build, listed separately because their marker lists differ. Optional clinician review costs $100 extra; their separate coaching programme is priced apart from the labs.
Quest cannot serve Marek's orders in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island, and Hawaii and the US territories are excluded as well. A US driver's licence or state ID is required at the draw. Taken from their FAQ on 2026-07-30. Massachusetts is listed here on a different basis: Marek's own refund policy warns that residents of NY, NJ, MA and RI may be unable to complete a draw under state billing rules, and that a refund is not guaranteed when that happens — and web sales cannot be cancelled at all. A state where the order may fail and the money may not come back is one this site will not send a reader to.
This site is built to earn affiliate commission, but no vendor link or promo code here currently pays one — every link goes plainly to the vendor's site, and this notice will change when that changes. Commissions never affect the prices shown or the order of results — every table sorts on price, and vendors cannot pay for placement.
Someone buying a very large hormone-and-metabolic panel outright instead of subscribing to one, and content to wait a fortnight for it. Even the cheapest Marek tier tests more markers than most comprehensive panels here. It suits a reader who already knows how to read a panel, or who will pay for the review — what arrives by default is numbers, and the interpretation is a separate purchase.
How ordering works
"Visit a Quest location near you to provide your sample", from more than 2,000 partnered US locations. Then the longest wait of any in-lab vendor tracked here: "Your lab results will typically arrive within two weeks, though processing time may vary based on the size and complexity of your panel." The interpretation is an add-on rather than an inclusion — a "45 min lab review" buying "a 45min meeting with an expert health coach" and "a custom 30–50 page Marek lab analysis report" — so every panel on this site's Marek rows exists at two prices, and the figures recorded here are the ones without it.
What to watch for
There is no way out at all once you have clicked buy: "Web sales are final and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed", and the same policy states that "Web Sales are NON-REFUNDABLE". That is the strictest position of any vendor tracked here, and it carries a warning of its own — the refund policy notes that residents of NY, NJ, MA and RI may face complications completing a draw under state billing rules, with no guarantee of a refund if that happens. That is why Massachusetts is listed as excluded here even though Marek's FAQ names only "NY, NJ, or RI" — a state where the draw may fail and the money may not come back is not one this site will send you to, and the judgement is ours rather than theirs. Identification is not optional either: the service requires "a valid U.S. driver's license or state-issued ID, excluding Hawaii and U.S. territories". And the product pages carry four builds at once — men's and women's, with and without the review — so check which one the cart is holding.
How Marek Health compares
Marek Health sells into one comparison set tracked here, against 9 other vendors. Each set below lists the ones nearest on price to Marek Health’s cheapest entry in it — at most four, one panel each — low to high. Same set means the same question, not the same test: two men’s health panels can cover very different markers, so read the counts beside the prices. Every link below goes to another profile on this site; none of them is a tracked link.
