One annual fee covers a 102-marker baseline panel drawn at Quest, with an optional at-home phlebotomist for an extra charge. At $199 a year it undercuts buying an equivalent comprehensive panel outright — the catch is that it is a subscription, and the state coverage is unusual.
Superpower is the exception to the usual pattern: New York and New Jersey ARE served, while Rhode Island is not. Taken verbatim from their own FAQ on 2026-07-23.
This site earns a commission when you redeem some of the promo codes shown here, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never affect the prices shown or the order of results — every table sorts on price, and vendors cannot pay for placement.
Someone who wants one broad panel a year at the lowest annual cost tracked here, and who does not need a clinician's time attached to it. What the fee buys is data and software: "Annual comprehensive blood testing across 100+ biomarkers", "A custom action plan built on your biology and goals", "17 health scores and your biological age", and "AI Chat to dig deeper into your data". Superpower's FAQ does not say that a clinician reviews results, which is the difference between this and the memberships costing twice as much.
How ordering works
"$17/mo" billed "annually at $199". The draw happens at Quest or at your door, and the home visit is a paid extra — "A +$119 add-on" for a "Standard venous draw: tourniquet, clean, small needle, tubes, bandage. Most people feel a quick pinch." Then: "Your annual lab test panel takes about 1 week to process."
What to watch for
There is no way out once you have paid: "Superpower does not offer refunds at this time." Testing more than once a year is close to buying the membership twice — "Each additional full-panel test costs $179" — and the at-home draw adds $119 to a $199 first year. The state list is the unusual one on this site, and worth reading rather than assuming: "We are not yet available in: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Wyoming." New York and New Jersey, which most vendors here exclude, are served.
How Superpower compares
Superpower sells into one comparison set tracked here, against 4 other vendors. Each set below lists the ones nearest on price to Superpower’s cheapest entry in it — at most four, one panel each — low to high. Same set means the same question, not the same test: two men’s health panels can cover very different markers, so read the counts beside the prices. Every link below goes to another profile on this site; none of them is a tracked link.
