An a-la-carte lab marketplace with some of the lowest per-test prices we found — a CBC is $2.90 and a metabolic panel $4.90 at Labcorp. Those are test prices rather than order totals: without a membership Fitomics charges a $20 order fee on a $20 minimum order. There is no comprehensive panel to buy outright either — their 50+ bundled panels are locked behind an Insider membership ($25/month billed quarterly, or $24.92/month billed annually), and prices differ by which lab you choose.
test5Stated as available in all 50 states. New York and New Jersey customers are routed to BioReference, which is the most expensive of the three lab options on nearly every test — expect to pay more there.
This site earns a commission when you redeem some of the promo codes shown here, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never affect the prices shown or the order of results — every table sorts on price, and vendors cannot pay for placement.
Visit Fitomics LabsSomeone who already knows the two or three markers they want and is buying on price alone. The per-test figures here are the lowest on the site by some distance, and nothing else about the service is competitive: there is no comprehensive panel to buy outright, the catalogue is behind a sign-in, and the cheap numbers only stay cheap at a certain order size. It rewards a specific shopping list and punishes a browse.
Fitomics supplies the paperwork and rents someone else's draw sites: "a lab requisition for residents of all 50 states" and "4,000+ real Labcorp, Quest & BioReference service centers", described as "4,000+ patient draw sites, coast to coast" and "Available in all 50 states". Membership comes in two Insider tiers, "$25 / month" billed "every 12 weeks" and "$24.92 / month" billed annually, the cheaper-sounding one being the annual commitment. Nothing on the page states how long results take.
A $2.90 test is not a $2.90 order. The Pay-As-You-Go tier is "$0 / month" with "$20 order fee · $20 minimum order" attached, so a single cheap test carries fees several times its own price, and the page does not say whether Insider members are exempt — the Standard tier separately advertises "no draw fees", which is a different charge. Prices also move with the lab: New York and New Jersey buyers are routed to BioReference, the dearest of the three on nearly every test. And none of it is visible without signing in, which is why the prices recorded here are hand-checked rather than monitored.
Fitomics Labs sells into 3 of the comparison sets tracked here, against 6 other vendors. Each set below lists the ones nearest on price to Fitomics Labs’s cheapest entry in it — at most four, one panel each — low to high. Same set means the same question, not the same test: two men’s health panels can cover very different markers, so read the counts beside the prices. Every link below goes to another profile on this site; none of them is a tracked link.
